Is this complementary or substitute to my PIM?

Complementary. Merchants/ACP is not a PIM; it needs a clean, complete, updated product feed. Sales Layer (PIM) centralizes, normalizes, enriches data and exposes consistent outputs to multiple destinations (web, marketplaces, print, and now ChatGPT).

What if I don't have a Stripe PSP?

Phase 1 (Product Feed) doesn't require payment integration. You can enable discovery in ChatGPT without checkout. Phase 2 (Instant Checkout) requires a compatible PSP (Stripe recommended, or implement Delegated Payment spec).

Which regions are supported?

Currently US only. OpenAI plans to expand to EMEA in 2025. Sales Layer is preparing the connector and pilot clients with US presence or US-first catalogs.

How often does ChatGPT refresh my feed?
