Sales Development Representative (Native English Speaker)

What will you be doing?

As part of a growing team, you will perform outbound sales activities to create and develop the sales funnel together with the team of SDRs and Account Executives. You will have a chance to interact with potential prospects from all around the world and directly contribute to the building of the team and its success.

  • Engaging prospects through 360° outreach across calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Gathering relevant information to understand how prospects and their businesses work and how the PIM can meet their needs.
  • Identifying and qualifying key stakeholders by uncovering business needs and positioning tailored solutions to launch the sales cycle.
  • Setting demos and appointments for the account executives when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
  • Ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM. Working with the account executives on closing deals.
  • Acting as an expert on Sales Layer offerings/solution and the industry.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach.
  • Pro-actively identifying ways of improving the products and services we deliver.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or marketing roles, preferably as a successful SDR in a SaaS company.
  • Bilingual / Native level English fluency.
  • Residency in Valencia.
  • Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and cloud-based platforms preferred.
  • Organized, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver on many things at once.
  • Ability to identify the pain points and provide the solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
