Partner Marketing Manager

Sales Layer is a VC-backed (Series B) SaaS software that automates the complexity around Product Information Management (PIM). We have recently secured $25m in Series B funding and have consistently been the top-rated PIM amongst customers on G2.

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to design and execute strategies that strengthen our partnerships, enhance partner-driven customer acquisition, and support revenue growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute co-branded content strategies, including LinkedIn posts, podcast strategies, newsletters, one-pagers, and case studies to engage partners effectively.
  • Webinars & Events: Manage and coordinate weekly and quarterly webinars, as well as partner events, ensuring smooth execution and a strong partner experience.
  • Campaign Management: Work closely with internal and external teams (Sales, Design, Partners) to create and manage campaigns, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and optimize various types of content (e.g., blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters) to drive partner engagement, monitor content performance, and track key metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, leads).
  • Collaborating with Design Teams: Work closely with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, both for our company and our partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in the field of Marketing or similar role for product or tech based companies.
  • Advanced/Native-level English and Spanish fluency.
  • Residency in Valencia.
  • Proven experience in partner marketing, including co-creating content and managing campaigns with partners.
  • Experience in LinkedIn content creation, podcast strategy, and writing newsletters to partners.
  • Ability to manage webinars and events, with a track record of successful weekly and quarterly webinars.
  • Strong understanding of content performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, and CTR.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow preferred).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring trust and collaboration on a weekly basis.
  • Comfortable adapting to different data formats and systems (Excel, CSV, HubSpot, etc.) and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of paid marketing strategies is a plus.
